30 What must the application contain?
An application for a licence must—
S. 30(a) amended by No. 68/2014 s. 77(a).
(a)
state the name and address of the applicant; and
(b)
state what the proposed pipeline will be used for; and
(c)
contain any other matters that are prescribed; and
S. 30(d) amended by No. 68/2014 s. 77(b).
(d)
be accompanied by a map of not less than the prescribed scale showing the pipeline corridor; and
(e)
be accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
