40 Compliance management
The safety management system must—
(a)
specify procedures for identifying, collecting and analysing a pipeline's operational, maintenance and integrity data to identify trends in a pipeline's operation and performance; and
(b)
specify procedures for planning and implementing audits of the safety management system to determine compliance with this regulation; and
(c)
specify procedures for regular management review of the effectiveness and appropriateness of the safety management system; and
(d)
specify procedures for managing changes to the procedures, pipeline design and operation.
