43 General
(1)
For the purposes of section 133(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed matters to be included in an Environment Management Plan are set out in this Part.
(2)
An Environment Management Plan given to the Minister under section 133 of the Act must be accompanied by the relevant fee specified in Table 5 of Schedule 2.
