Description of pipeline operation and environment

In force

The Environment Management Plan must—

(a)

describe the pipeline operation, including details and timing of activities involved in the construction and ongoing operation of the pipeline; and

(b)

describe the existing environment that may be affected by the pipeline operation; and

(c)

identify the particular relevant values and sensitivities (if any) of that environment.
