Liability for GAIC arising when GAIC event occurs

In force

Liability to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution arises when the relevant GAIC event occurs if the event—

(a)

occurs on or after the commencement day; and

(b)

relates to land that at the time of the event is in the contribution area.
