215 Transitional—Planning and Environment (General Amendment) Act 2004
The amendment of this Act by sections 3 and 7 to 17 of the Planning and Environment (General Amendment) Act 2004 does not affect—
(a)
an amendment to a planning scheme if notice of that amendment was given under section 19 of this Act before the commencement of those sections of that 2004 Act; or
(b)
an amendment to a metropolitan fringe planning scheme within the meaning of Part 3AA of this Act if notice of that amendment was given under section 19 before 12 June 2003.
