227 Transitional provision about directions—Planning and Environment Amendment Act 2021
(1)
A direction issued under section 12(2)(a) that was in force immediately before the commencement of section 67 of the amending Act is taken, on that commencement, to have been issued under section 12(1A).
(2)
In this section—
amending Act means the Planning and Environment Amendment Act 2021.
