46AQ Governor in Council may revoke declaration
(1)
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may revoke a declaration under section 46AO by order published in the Government Gazette.
(2)
A revocation order must include a statement that it does not take effect unless ratified by Parliament in accordance with this Division.
(3)
The Minister must consult the Premier and the Treasurer before making a recommendation under subsection (1).
