Verification of information

In force

(1)

A responsible authority may require a person who applies for a permit or an amendment to a permit to verify—

(a)

any information in an application for a permit or to amend a permit; or

(b)

any information provided under section 54 of the Act.

(2)

A responsible authority may require that verification to be by statutory declaration or other written confirmation by the applicant that is satisfactory to the responsible authority.
