Information required in relation to section 60(1A)(g)

Current

If a responsible authority considers any document under section 60(1A)(g) of the Act, before deciding on the application—

(a)

it must make a copy of the document available in accordance with the public availability requirements; and

(b)

if the land to which the planning scheme applies is within the municipal district of a municipal council that is not the responsible authority, it must give a copy of the document to the municipal council for the purpose of making the document available in accordance with the public availability requirements.
