Exemptions for public sector entities that are not the port of Melbourne operator

The following entities are exempted from the requirement to obtain a licence in respect of the provision of prescribed services—

(a)

Ports Victoria;

(b)

any other public sector entity if it is not the port of Melbourne operator.
