63G Gazettal requirement in relation to grant of port licence
(1)
The Minister must ensure that notice of the grant of a port licence is published in the Government Gazette as soon as possible after the grant of a licence.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) must include—
(a)
the name of the port licence holder; and
(b)
the term of the port licence; and
(c)
the place where a copy of the port licence may be inspected.
