73ZU Entitlement to make submissions
(1)
A person who is likely to be affected by a proposed determination set out in a notice under section 73ZT may make a written submission to Ports Victoria about the proposed determination.
(2)
A submission under subsection (1) must be made within the time specified in the notice published under section 73ZT.
