73ZV What a mooring service licence authorises
(1)
A mooring service licence authorises the licence holder to provide the mooring service specified in the licence in the commercial trading port specified in the licence.
(2)
An authority referred to in subsection (1) is subject to—
(a)
any other provision of this Act; and
(b)
the conditions specified in this Act and in the mooring service licence.
