88F Powers to move vessels from areas
If a person has, within sight of a police officer, committed an offence under this Part and that person is in charge of a vessel, the police officer may—
(a)
take charge of the vessel; and
(b)
move it to an appropriate place or direct another person to move it to an appropriate place.
