88G Certificates of authorisation
(1)
The recommending authority for a restricted access area may issue a certificate in writing to any person authorising the person to enter and remain in any part of the restricted access area.
(2)
A certificate under subsection (1)—
(a)
subject to any amendment or revocation, remains in force for the period specified in the certificate; and
(b)
is subject to the conditions specified in the certificate; and
(c)
may be amended or revoked at any time by the recommending authority.
