88ZD Power of entry
The port of Melbourne operator may enter any premises on leased port of Melbourne land at any time for the purpose of—
(a)
ascertaining whether a port operator direction is being complied with or has been contravened; or
(b)
doing anything that the port of Melbourne operator is authorised to do to enforce compliance with a port operator direction.
