In force

For the purposes of section 40 of the Act, a private security licence document must include the following—

(a)

the type of private security licence granted or renewed;

(b)

each security activity authorised under the licence;

(c)

if the licence holder is a natural person—

(i)

the name of the licence holder; and

(ii)

a photograph of the licence holder;

(d)

if the licence holder is a body corporate—

(i)

the name of the nominated person of the body corporate; and

(ii)

a photograph of the nominated person of the body corporate;

(e)

the expiry date of the licence;

(f)

if the licence is a private security business licence, any name under which the business will operate;

(g)

any conditions imposed on the licence.
