54 Application of Part
This Part applies to the following—
(a)
a registered professional engineer;
(b)
a person who is not a registered professional engineer, but who was registered at the time of the conduct that forms the ground for disciplinary action, as if the person were a registered professional engineer.
Note
Section 64 provides that if a person's registration or endorsement is suspended, the person is taken not to be registered or endorsed (as the case may be) under this Act.
