9 Tabling of orders
The Premier must cause—
(a)
a copy of each nomination order, together with a statement signed by the Premier of reasons for the making of the order; and
S. 9(b) amended by No. 16/2003 s. 24(1).
(b)
a copy of each application order; and
S. 9(c) inserted by No. 16/2003 s. 24(2).
(c)
a copy of each order made under section 8A—
to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days after the order is made.
S. 10 repealed by No. 46/1997 s. 9.
