37BD Power to take evidence on oath or affirmation
(1)
The Racing Integrity Commissioner may require a person attending an inquiry or investigation under this Part, whether in accordance with a notice under section 37BB or otherwise—
(a)
to give evidence or answer questions on oath or affirmation; or
(b)
to give evidence or answer questions on oath or affirmation and to produce specified documents.
(2)
The Racing Integrity Commissioner, or a member of staff who is authorised to do so by the Racing Integrity Commissioner, may administer an oath or affirmation to a person for the purposes of subsection (1).
