Powers of the Racing Integrity Commissioner

In force

For the purposes of his or her functions, the Racing Integrity Commissioner—

(a)

has such powers as are conferred on him or her by this Act; and

(b)

may do all other things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with, or as incidental to, the performance of his or her functions.
