Renewal of a use licence—fee

In force

For the purposes of section 51(3)(b)(ii) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application to renew a use licence is, if the application is for the renewal of that licence for—

(a)

one year—5 fee units; or

(b)

2 years—9·5 fee units; or

(c)

3 years—13·5 fee units.
