48 Former PTC and rail corporation instruments
(1)
Each former PTC instrument relating to former PTC property continues to have effect according to its tenor on and after the relevant date in relation to that property as if a reference in the instrument to the PTC were a reference to the transferee.
(2)
Each former rail corporation instrument relating to former rail corporation property continues to have effect according to its tenor on and after the relevant date in relation to that property as if a reference in the instrument to the rail corporation were a reference to the transferee.
