91ZO Failure to comply with Tribunal order

(1)
A residential rental provider may give a renter a notice to vacate rented premises if the renter fails to comply with an order of the Tribunal under section 212.
(2)
The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 14 days after the date on which the notice is given.
