91ZZC Premises required for public purposes

A residential rental provider may give a renter a notice to vacate rented premises if—
the premises are the property of a public statutory authority authorised to acquire land compulsorily for its purposes; and
immediately after the termination date the premises are required for public purposes.

The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 90 days after the date on which the notice is given.
