4 Rural Assistance Commissioner
(1)
The Rural Assistance Commissioner is established.
(2)
The Rural Assistance Commissioner consists of the Member.
(3)
The Rural Assistance Commissioner—
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b)
has an official seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued; and
(d)
may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and
(e)
may do and suffer all things that a body corporate may by law do and suffer.
