47A Infringement notice
(1)
The Secretary or an authorised officer may serve an infringement notice on a person whom the Secretary or authorised officer reasonably believes has committed a prescribed offence.
(2)
An offence referred to in subsection (1) is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006.
(3)
The infringement penalty for an infringement offence is the prescribed infringement penalty for that infringement offence.
