17 Frequency of collecting drinking water samples
A water supplier must ensure that samples of drinking water are collected from each location specified in the water supplier's water sampling program—
(a)
for a water sample that is tested for a sample characteristic to which a determination under regulation 18 applies, at least as often as the frequency specified in that determination; and
(b)
in any other case, at least as often as the frequency specified in the water supplier's water sampling program.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
