Analysis of drinking water samples

A water supplier must ensure that each sample of drinking water collected from each location specified in the water supplier's water sampling program is analysed by an accredited testing organisation—

(a)

for each characteristic that is specified in the water supplier's water sampling program; and

(b)

at the testing frequency that is specified in the water supplier's water sampling program.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
