Compliance with food safety program condition of licence

In force

(1)

Each seafood safety licence is subject to the condition that the licensee must comply with the food safety program that has been approved by the Authority in relation to that licence.

(2)

A licensee will not be taken to have failed to comply with a food safety program under subsection (1) unless the Authority determines that the failure to comply is so serious that it cannot be dealt with by increased auditing requirements under this Act.
