18 Exercise of power not to give applications or requests to service agency for determination
(1)
This section applies if the Service Victoria CEO does not give an application or request for an authority or official information document that the Service Victoria CEO has received to the appropriate service agency for determination because the application or request does not meet the requirements under the relevant enactment.
(2)
The exercise of that power is not to be taken to be a decision of the service agency to reject or refuse the application or request.
