41 Review
(1)
The Minister must ensure that a review of this Act is completed by 1 March 2015.
(2)
The purpose of the review is to determine—
(a)
whether the objectives of this Act are being achieved and are still appropriate; and
(b)
whether the Act is effective or needs to be amended.
(3)
The Minister must make a report of the review, including the response of the Government to the review, available to the public within 3 months after the expiry of the period specified in subsection (1).
