42 Repeal of Alcoholics and Drug-dependent Persons Act 1968
(1)
The Alcoholics and Drug-dependent Persons Act 1968 is repealed.
(2)
On and after the commencement of this section, any reference in any Act (other than this Act), regulation, subordinate instrument or other document whatsoever to the Alcoholics and Drug-dependent Persons Act 1968 is to be construed as a reference to this Act, unless the contrary intention appears.
