S. 33(1) substituted by No. 60/1999 s. 17.
The Trust, with the approval of the Minister, may make by-laws for or with respect to fees and charges for—
admission to—
S. 33(1)(a)(i) substituted by No. 41/2022 s. 16(a).
the State Sport Centres or any part of the State Sport Centres land;
S. 33(1)(a)(ii) repealed by No. 41/2022 s. 16(a).

any other sports, recreation and entertainment facilities or services managed or operated by the Trust;
the use of any facilities or services—
S. 33(1)(b)(i) substituted by No. 41/2022 s. 16(b).
at the State Sport Centres or on the State Sport Centres land;
S. 33(1)(b)(ii) repealed by No. 41/2022 s. 16(b).

at any other sports, recreation and entertainment facilities or services managed or operated by the Trust.
The by-laws may—
set minimum or maximum fees and charges;
be of general or limited application;
differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance;
apply, adopt or incorporate any matter contained in any document issued or adopted by any person whether—
wholly or partially or as amended by the by-laws; or
as issued or adopted at the time the by‑laws are made or at any time before then;
confer a discretionary authority or impose a duty on a specified person or class of persons.

Any by-laws made under this section for or with respect to the issuing of film permits must not be inconsistent with the film friendly principles.
