Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2021

For the purposes of section 6(1) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed time for a concurrent permit application is the period commencing on the date on which the Council received the plan and ending on the date on which the responsible authority decides on the application for the permit under section 61 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

For the purposes of section 8(1) of the Act, the prescribed time for a concurrent permit application is the period commencing on the date on which the Council received the plan and ending on the date on which the application for the permit is given to the referral authorities under section 55(1) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

For the purposes of sections 9(1) and (3) and 11(3) and (4) of the Act, the prescribed time for a concurrent permit application is the period commencing on the date on which the application for the permit is given to the referral authorities under section 55(1) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and ending on the date on which the responsible authority may decide on an application in accordance with section 59(2)(a) of that Act.

For the purposes of section 11(2) of the Act, the prescribed time for a concurrent permit application is the period commencing on the date on which the Council received the application to amend the certified plan and ending on the date on which the application for the permit is given to the referral authorities under section 55(1) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

For the purposes of section 11(7) of the Act, the prescribed time for a concurrent permit application is the period commencing on the date on which the Council received the application to amend the certified plan and ending on the date on which the responsible authority decides on the application for the permit under section 61 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
