Subject to subsection (2), meetings of the board must be held at the times and places and conducted in the form the board determines appropriate.
The chairperson of the Authority may at any time convene a meeting but must do so when requested by a director of the Authority.
A majority of the directors for the time being of the Authority constitute a quorum of the board.
A question arising at a meeting of the board shall be determined by a majority of votes of directors of the Authority present and voting on that question and, if voting is equal, the person presiding has a casting, as well as a deliberative, vote.
The board must ensure that minutes are kept of each meeting.
Subject to this Act, the board may regulate its own proceedings.
