3B.08 Abandonment of appeal
(1)
A notice of abandonment of appeal shall be in Form 6–3BE.
(2)
Written notice under section 430C(3) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 shall be in Form 6–3BF.
(3)
When a notice of abandonment of appeal is filed, the Prothonotary shall make an order striking out the appeal.
