Original depositions, exhibits etc.

Current

The Court may require the recording officer of the Children's Court to provide to the Court—

(a)

the original depositions of witnesses examined before the Children's Court;

(b)

any exhibit retained by the Children's Court;

(c)

the indictment or other written process against the appellant;

(d)

an abstract or copy of the whole or part of the indictment;

(e)

any plea filed in the Children's Court.
