13AZZK Role of nominated senior police officer
S. 13AZZK inserted by No. 32/2018 s. 9.
A nominated senior police officer must—
(a)
oversee the exercise of powers under this Part and the performance of obligations in relation to the detention of the person under this Part; and
(b)
in accordance with section 13AZZN, undertake reviews as to whether the person's detention under this Part should continue; and
(c)
receive and consider any representations that are made under section 13AZZL.
