22CM Service of application
(1)
As soon as practicable after an authorised police officer applies for a support and engagement order, the applicant must—
(a)
serve notice of the application on the respondent in accordance with Subdivision 9; and
(b)
give a copy of the application to the Secretary.
(2)
Notice under subsection (1)(a) must set out the grounds on which the support and engagement order is sought.
