Service of application

In force

(1)

As soon as practicable after a person makes an application under section 22DA, the person must—

(a)

serve notice of the application, in accordance with Subdivision 9, on—

(i)

if the application is made by an authorised police officer, the supported person; or

(ii)

if the application is made by the supported person, the Chief Commissioner of Police; and

(b)

give a copy of the application to the Secretary.

(2)

Notice under subsection (1) must set out the grounds on which variation of the support and engagement order is sought.
