15L Offence to sell tobacco products from temporary outlet

A person must not sell tobacco products from a point of sale that is located in a temporary display stand, booth or tent or other temporary or mobile structure or enclosure, whether or not a part of that display stand, booth, tent, structure or enclosure is permanent.
- In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.

A person must not sell tobacco products from a point of sale that is in a retail outlet established in an area or premises for the duration of a specific sports, music or arts-related function or event in the area or premises.
- In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
