15M Offence for tobacco company to sell tobacco products from temporary outlet
(1)
A tobacco company is guilty of an offence against this subsection, and liable to a penalty not exceeding 5000 penalty units, if the tobacco company intentionally or recklessly contravenes section 15L(1) or 15L(2) or causes another person to contravene section 15L(1) or 15L(2).
