33C Failing to display licence
A licensee must cause a copy of their licence to be displayed in a conspicuous place on the licensed tobacco premises in a manner that invites public inspection.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 5 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 25 penalty units.
