33E Holding out that unlicensed tobacco premises are licensed
A person must not indicate, by means of a sign, notice or otherwise, that premises are licensed tobacco premises if the premises are not licensed tobacco premises.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 15 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 75 penalty units.
