Sufficient evidence of matters relating to tobacco sales

In force

For the purposes of this Act—

(a)

proof of the delivery of tobacco products is evidence of money or other consideration having been given for the tobacco products; and

(b)

proof that a transaction in the nature of a sale of tobacco products took place is evidence of the sale of tobacco products.
