61 Notice by Minister to VCAT
(1)
Before making a determination under section 60, the Minister must, by written notice, require VCAT to give to the Minister and any party to the matter—
(a)
a copy of the land use activity agreement; and
(b)
a copy of all material relating to the matter that is in VCAT's possession; and
(c)
a summary of the material referred to in paragraph (b).
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) must specify a date by which it is to be complied with.
