63 Procedure for determining matter
In making a determination under section 60, the Minister must—
(a)
allow each party a right to make written submissions to the Minister within the date specified in the notice under section 62; and
(b)
make any submissions made within the date specified in the notice available to each other party to the matter; and
(c)
allow each party a right to make written comments on any submission received by that party under paragraph (b) to the Minister within the time specified by the Minister when providing the submissions.
