Safe Transport Victoria constituted by TRO No. 1/2022 (as in force immediately before the commencement of this section) is continued under this Act.
(2)
Safe Transport Victoria consists of one member appointed in accordance with section 115H as Chief Executive of Safe Transport Victoria.
